Andrew Kromrey, co-owner of True North Management, brings extensive experience and skill to the property management field. He kicked off his career in 2018 in Duluth, Minnesota, as a maintenance coordinator. Andrew soon honed his expertise in overseeing renovation projects and mastering city rental code compliance, ensuring properties meet both practical and legal standards. A graduate of the University of Minnesota-Duluth, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, which he skillfully applies to fuel strategic growth and enhance client satisfaction at True North Management.In his free time, Andrew enjoys soaking up summer days on the lake and hitting the trails for snowmobiling in the winter.

Carter Thiel is a co-owner of True North Management, where he applies his extensive expertise in property management to drive success for clients and the company alike. Carter launched his career in Duluth, Minnesota, focusing on leasing and marketing. With a keen eye for detail, he excels in determining rental rates, crafting effective listing strategies, and providing insightful investment predictions. Carter earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Minnesota State University-Moorhead, a foundation that fuels his strategic approach to property management. Outside of work, Carter enjoys hitting the golf course or fishing for walleyes, embracing the outdoor lifestyle of the region.

Office Administrator

Michelle Weller joined our team as Office Administrator in October 2024, bringing with her a wealth of expertise and a commitment to excellence. In her role, she plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless operations, supporting both our staff and residents with professionalism and care.

Michelle is responsible for guiding prospective residents in finding their ideal homes, drafting lease agreements, managing rental payments, conducting thorough resident screenings, addressing and documenting complaints, and contributing to the maintenance of our high-quality rental properties. Her organizational skills and dedication ensure that every process runs efficiently and effectively.

With a robust professional background in sales, customer service, and office administration, Michelle combines her diverse experience with a client-focused approach. She thrives on collaborating with colleagues and engaging with the public, finding particular satisfaction in helping residents settle into their new homes with ease and confidence.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Michelle enjoys gardening and painting, pursuits that reflect her creative and detail-oriented nature. Known for her vibrant energy and genuine enthusiasm, she brings a positive and professional presence to our team, consistently fostering strong relationships with those around her.
